Minimum requirements:
- Swiss qualifications(Abgeschlossen
Berufsausbildung) or similar International Degree.
- Must have
4-5 years working experience with reference .
- Languages-English(written
and spoken),German knowledge, French would be an asset
- Swiss
working permit or EU Working Status.
- Computer
skills such as MS Office and info gathering via the web is an advantage
- The task of
preparing and presenting cold foods. These typically include such food
items as cheeses, salads, hors.d’oeuvres, cold soups and charcuterie.
- Additional duties,
such as creating decorative elements of plates and trays presentation like
table arrangements and edible centerpieces made from materials such as ice
cheese, butter, breads and dessert platingsThe ability to
present beautiful plates and platters on an artistically arranged buffet
accented with fruit and vegetables.
- Must be able to traverse the canyon between classical and modern
cuisine.
- Passionate about
his/her profession and very creative Research recipe concepts and develop
and test new recipes.
- Responsibilities
include duties such as menu planning, costing, and ordering.
- Producing
customer recipes request in a very short time
- Communication
and psychological skills for future leadership position
- Must be
willing to work weekends, irregular hours and night shift
- Excellent
communication and command skills
- Service and
solution driven, analytical thinking and improvising .
- able to work
by oneself, but also be a team player, flexible and able to work under
pressure.
- Must be

work in the private aviation sector or 5 star hotel kitchen with a sense
