Minimum requirements:

• Languages-Fluent English and German (written and spoken), French, Russian or another language would be an asset.
• Computer skills such as MS Office and info gathering via the web.
• Swiss working permit or EU Working Status.
• Good knowledge of the International cuisine and beverages
• Excellent communication and command skills
• Service and solution driven
• Analytical thinking
• Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure.
• Team player
• Must be willing to work weekends, irregular hours and night shifts
• Previous work in the private aviation sector and/or airline catering with a sense of humour is an asset
• Driving licence

Position summary:

Manage, coordinate, administrate and integrate daily activities of sales and customer relations to achieve strategic goals. You will be responsible and authorized to manage virtually all aspects related to effective operations of the dispatch department.
