Qualifications-
- Swiss qualifications(Abgeschlossen
Berufsausbildung) or similar International Degree.
- Languages-knowledge
of German English and French would be an asset
- Swiss
working permit or EU Working Status.
- Must have
4-5 years working experience with reference
- Skilled in the
making of pastries, desserts, baked goods
- Able to produce
and create, all types of open and closed sandwiches with different breads
and fillings, canapes, amuse bouche, apperitif snacks.
- Able to produce
and create desserts
- Passionate about
his/her profession and very creative
- Driving
licence
- Must be
flexable and be able to work under pressure.
- Communication
and psychological skills for future leadership position
- Must be
willing to work weekends, irregular hours and night shift
- Able to work
by him/herself
- Must be able
to be to integrate and prove oneself with an international team , flexible
and able to work under pressure.
- Making and
producing chocolate products is an asset
- Sense of
humour is also an asset
